LET’S MAKE SOME WAVES
Every epic adventure begins with a simple “hey.” Whether you’re curious, planning ahead, or just daydreaming about the coast—we’d love to hear from you. Think of this as writing a note to a friend who just happens to have the keys to your next great escape.
FAQs
-
Dress for the weather. Top deck = glorious breeze (and more exposure). We don’t have A/C; lower-deck windows open for cross-ventilation and there’s heat on the lower deck in cooler months. On chilly days, layers/blanket are your best friend. On sunny days, think light clothing, hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
-
WE LOVE SNACKS! Some tours will include food/snacks and some tours will have food for purchase. For beverages, we follow local and state laws and venue rules. We’ll clarify what’s permitted for your tour. No glass containers permitted + please clean up your trash.
-
We drink in the rain. Problem solved! But seriously, we roll in light rain/mist and reroute for comfort. If the weather becomes unsafe (severe storms, high winds, icy conditions), we’ll reschedule or give a credit voucher for a different tour. We’ll email/text with updates (we aim for 2+ hours notice whenever possible). Dress for the forecast—cozy lower deck for the win.
-
While we aim to make most tours family friendly, we will notate 21+ public tours to make adult time for those seeking it. Most of our stops (breweries + vineyards alike) allow little critters, we just may prefer a different type of chaos.
-
Our vintage double-decker is equipped with seatbelts to support our passengers staying seated for the duration of the trip. Please remain seated while the bus is moving, use handrails on stairs at all times, keep belongings secure, and follow crew instructions. No, thanks. Smoking, vaping, and all recreational/illegal substances are prohibited on and near the bus. Venues have their own rules—please follow posted signage.
-
No onboard restroom. We plan reliable restroom stops along the route, and most meeting points have facilities nearby. Hit the restroom before boarding when you can.
-
For public tours, simply book online—you’ll receive a confirmation email with your mobile ticket, meeting point, and e-waiver link. No printing needed.
-
Crew Gratuity (pooled) is optional and always appreciated for the driver + behind-the-scenes team that keeps things smooth. Some venues include a tasting-bar gratuity; we’ll note that in your pre-tour message. You can venmo crew tips to @farmcoastexperience

Parking varies by meeting point. Your confirmation includes address, parking tips, and pickup markers. When in doubt, we love rideshare—it’s easy at the end of a great day.

Licensed, insured drivers, a well-maintained vehicle, and a crew focused on timing and safety. We coordinate with venues, manage pacing, and keep boarding/check-ins efficient. If anyone’s not riding safely, we’ll pause the party and address it—safety first, fun always.
-
Please do. The top deck was built for camera-roll gold. Be mindful of other guests and venue policies. Be sure to tag us @FarmcoastExperience so we can cheer you on.
-
Our pet policy is tour specific depending on venues. We love our furry friends and want to make sure they can join in on some of the fun! Check out the pet policy before booking. Service animals are welcome as required by law. For private tours, ask us—we’ll advise based on route and venues.
-
Tell us in advance—accessibility matters. The top deck is stair-access only, but we can seat guests on the lower deck, adjust stops, and plan timing to suit mobility needs. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
-
We’re here for good times, not ER times. If we believe anyone has over‑consumed or is otherwise unfit to ride safely, we’ll always err on the side of safety—for you, our crew, and everyone on board.
Crew discretion: In the sole judgment of our driver/host, The Farmcoast Experience may deny boarding or re‑entry to any guest—and, if needed, to their entire party—if safety is at risk.
No refunds/credits: If removal occurs, no refund will be issued. You/your group are responsible for your own transportation from the venue.
Route changes: We may adjust or shorten the itinerary if we think it keeps the day safe and smooth.
